Designing connections: A workshop on friendship and well-being.

In my final year, I created and led a workshop on building healthy friendships—an often-overlooked aspect of student well-being. Originally proposed during my internship interview, I developed the curriculum from the ground up, integrating research-backed strategies on communication, conflict resolution, and trust. Through interactive activities and structured presentations, I fostered an engaging, open campus discussion. To ensure impact, I collected student feedback for continuous refinement. The workshop’s strong turnout reaffirmed the need for fostering meaningful friendships in college. (Sep 2024 – Oct 2024)
